Gay Asians forming group. Following in the footsteps ofthe many successful Asians and Friends Chapters throughout the United States, an Asians and Friends-
Ohio Chapter has begun organizing statewide.
AFO is a social organization formed to build a friendly, nurturing group of ethnically diverse persons who share many things of importance in common, particularly our sexuality and our interest in forming lasting and meaningful relationship with AsianAmericans. We hope to generate good will, friendship and a place for all Asian-Americans and their friends to associate, mingle and to gain the benefit of a friendly, crosscultural and multi-generational organization.
The group will maintain a sister-chapter relationship with the Asians and FriendsPittsburgh chapter. We will also take part in International Friendship Week '93, when members from around the world will converge on Pittsburgh during the Labor Day weekend next year.
For additional information or to express an interest, the organization may be contacted by writing to Asians and FriendsOhio, Box 134, 1487 West Fifth Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43212.

Men in Touch is not a sex club! Even though the name may conjure up visions of sensual pleasure, Cleveland's Men-InTouch program has a loftier goal. Its guiding mission is to provide an opportunity for men to meet with other men to discuss issues regarding HIV risk reduction, sexuality, intimacy and self-esteem.

What's involved is a commitment to a seven-week program that meets one night week at the Lesbian and Gay Commuper nity Center. The first night offers a safersex forum that is lead by John Beres, the Ohio Department of Health's risk reduction specialist in Cleveland. The forum establishes the latest thinking on HIV risk reduction and allows participants the opportunity to get questions answered about AIDS and related issues.
The six weekly sessions that follow help participants explore how one's self-image affects sexual behavior and how one's family upbringing is reflected in personal relationships. It provides group members with
